By using FISP Field you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Murat Salcigil, New York.
The one that matters. FISP Field produces field notes and draft documents. It does not produce a sealed report, it does not classify a facade, and it does not file anything with the Department of Buildings. Every professional judgment — the condition classification, the report, the filing and the seal — remains entirely yours as the licensed QEWI.
The buildings, photographs and notes you create are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and record the properties you inspect.
The app is provided as-is. It is in active development and features may change. Cloud backup is manual and push-only — it is a convenience, not a guarantee, and it is not a substitute for your own record-keeping. Keep exported reports where your practice normally keeps them.
FISP Field is free during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, existing users will be told before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for professional determinations made using the app's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated. The date above changes when they do, and continued use means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
